General Questions
What is PepAssure?
PepAssure is an independent peptide vendor verification platform. We score vendors on a 0-100 scale using five data pillars — COA verification, purity testing, community sentiment, vendor transparency, and order experience — and publish those scores publicly.
Is PepAssure affiliated with any vendor?
No. We are completely independent. Vendors cannot pay us to rank higher. Paid plans unlock dashboard analytics and management tools, but they have zero influence on a vendor's PVS score.
How often are scores updated?
Scores update daily. Reddit sentiment is re-processed every 6 hours. COA data updates as new certificates are submitted and verified.
How do I find a specific vendor?
Use the search bar on the homepage or browse the full rankings. You can filter by category, sort by score, purity, or sentiment, and compare up to three vendors side by side.
About the PVS Score
What does a PVS score mean?
PVS stands for Peptide Verification Score. It ranges from 0 to 100 and reflects a vendor's overall reliability and product quality across five independent pillars. A score of 90+ indicates an exceptional vendor with consistent quality documentation.
A vendor I trust has a low score. Why?
Several possibilities: their COA documentation may be incomplete, they may have negative community sentiment we've detected, or they may not have submitted documentation to us yet. Use the score as one data point, not a definitive verdict. The per-pillar breakdown on each vendor's page shows exactly where they stand.
Can vendors dispute their scores?
Yes. Verified vendors can submit a rescore request from their dashboard, attach supporting documentation, and our team reviews it. Legitimate new COAs and corrections do move scores.
Why can't I see a breakdown for some vendors?
Vendors without claimed listings may have limited pillar data. The more documentation a vendor submits, the more complete their score breakdown.
For Researchers
How do I submit a COA I found?
Go to any vendor's page and use the "Upload COA" button. Community-submitted COAs are reviewed within 48 hours and incorporated into scoring.
Can I subscribe to score alerts?
Yes. On any vendor's detail page, enter your email in the "Score Alerts" section. You'll receive a notification whenever that vendor's PVS score changes.
How do I compare vendors?
From the homepage rankings, click "Compare" on any vendor card. Select up to three vendors, then click the "Compare" button that appears at the bottom of the screen.
For Vendors
How do I claim my listing?
Visit /for-vendors and click "Claim Free Listing." It takes under 2 minutes. No documents are required to start — COA submission is optional but boosts your score.
How do I improve my score?
Your dashboard's "Improve" tab shows a prioritized action list specific to your current score. The biggest gains typically come from submitting third-party COAs, improving response time to verification requests, and maintaining community reputation.
Does upgrading to Pro or Enterprise improve my score?
No. Paid plans give you dashboard tools — analytics, benchmarking, API access, and badge downloads. They never influence your PVS score.
