No. No plan changes your score, rank or pillars. Paid plans buy tools, never placement. Your PepAssure Vendor Score comes from five pillars — Purity Testing, CoA Verification, Community Sentiment, Vendor Transparency and Order Experience — and nothing in the scoring code reads a plan.
What do I get for free?
A verified listing with a live link to your store, an embeddable badge, public replies to reviews, a 30-day click count and unlimited CoA uploads. Claims from an email at your store's domain verify instantly; others are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
What happens if I cancel?
Your listing, score, store link, badge, review replies and CoA uploads all stay. You move to Free and lose the paid tools: analytics, buyer-demand counts, CoA review priority, benchmarks, API keys and price listings.
I already pay for a plan. Does this change my price?
No. Existing subscriptions keep the price and features they signed up for. Change plans any time from Billing in your dashboard.
How does the badge work?
It's a live image of your PepAssure record. It shows a score only when independent lab tests back it, updates on its own if your score moves, and is the same on every plan.
Are there sponsored rankings?
No. No vendor can buy a position in the rankings.
